The villa boosts an inviting and relaxing atmosphere with a private pool, modern facilities and a fantastic terrace and barbecue area to enjoy those all-year-round Canarian evenings. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning / heating in all rooms are included.


OUTSIDE AREA
A perfect terrace with pergola and outside dining area, overlooking the private pool, making this the ultimate holiday home during any time of the year. There is a large barbecue area so you can make the most of the mild Lanzarote weather. The pool area gives a lot of outdoor space to ensure you can catch the rays for as long as possible before sundown.

There is always a parking space available at the front of the villa, should you decide to hire a vehicle.

THE VILLA
The beautiful illuminated gate gives a great welcome to your holiday home. On entry you will pass the large terrace and pool area to the front door.

The living room gives direct access to the pool area and is tastefully decorated with a modern feel to it. It features comfortable sofas, smart TV and individual air conditioning.

Opposite you will enter a modern kitchen with a fantastic cooking island and inside dining area which is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need in a self catering accommodation. From the kitchen you can access the outside dining area, perfectly located for outside breakfasts, lunch and dinners.

You will also have full access to the laundry room, fully equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board with iron.

THE BED & BATHROOMS
On the rear area of the villa you will find the four bedrooms, of which two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower and toilet, and two twin bedrooms. All are tastefully decorated and have a very relaxing atmosphere. There is another modern bathroom accessible from the main hallway, also featuring a walk in shower and toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with soap and shampoo dispensers, as well as hair dryers. Towels and pool towels are provided.

THE AREA
Just a ten-minute stroll from the villa, you’ll reach the lively Puerto del Carmen center and beach front, or the opposite direction to the Biosfera Plaza Shopping center and the infamous Old Town. There is a large supermarket (Lidl) only minutes from the villa.
