Suite The LightHouse is a charming two-room apartment where you can enjoy holidays with family or friends. The apartment was renovated and decorated at the end of 2017 with the exclusive intention of offering something totally different to the rest of the apartments.
The situation is ideal because it is very close to the best beaches and the well known avenue of Puerto del Carmen, where most shops, bars and restaurants are located. The Biosfera shopping center is only 100 meters away. There are coffee shops, clothing stores and many services.
The apartment is perfect for couples and families looking to rest a few days and take advantage of the wonders of this island. The area is one of the most demanded in Puerto del Carmen. It is very easy to get from the airport. The surroundings have everything you may need during your trip: supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, car rental, bicycle rental, excursions and much more.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms face the outside and are very well insulated from the noise thanks to the quality windows. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a modern sink Roca brand, well known in Spain. There is hair dryer and mirror dressing table.
The bedrooms are spacious and full of light. The mattresses are of the Flex brand of first quality. It even has extra pillows if you prefer a softer one. Your rest is guaranteed! There are cabinets with hangers and a safe to store documents and valuables. It is offered free, at the request of the client, weekly change of clean sheets and towels.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. All the appliances are new. There is coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. It has all the necessary utensils to make any dish. There are cleaning products so you do not have to worry about buying the basics.
The living room opens onto a wonderful terrace where the sun hits almost all year round. 4 people comfortably enter the dining table. There is a large sofa and an individual reading chair. The TV is a modern SmartTV with Spanish channels and ASTRA satellite channels in different languages ​​(English, German, French, Belgian, Italian, ...). There is air conditioning in the living room with enough power to cool the entire house. In Lanzarote we have a mild climate most of the year, so it is most likely that you do not need it.
On the terrace there is a small table and some chairs for a drink while contemplating the beautiful sunset of Puerto del Carmen. On clear days you can see Fuerteventura, our neighboring island.
The whole apartment is smoke free. It is not allowed to smoke or bring animals. We are convinced that our guests are grateful that the apartment has no unpleasant odors upon arrival. We are not allowed to celebrate parties or make noise that could disturb the neighbors. We want the apartment to be a space of peace and relaxation.
Every time we travel with less luggage. We do not want you to have to come loaded with beach towels, or that the first day you have to go to buy, for example, water. We provide enough clean hand and bath towels. We also give you beach towels and a cloth bag. In the bathroom there is toilet paper, shower gel and hand soap. In the kitchen we usually leave salt and basic spices for cooking. In the fridge you will find a welcome assortment of fresh fruit, water and a drink.
There is washing machine, drying rack and ironing board.
The building has only two floors. The apartment is on the top floor. It is accessed by a small staircase with 12 steps. The apartment is suitable for the elderly and children. If you have a baby, you only have to discuss it when booking and we will provide you with a crib and a high chair for babies.
Just below the apartment there is a sports center with tennis courts, squash, pool and gym where you can access paying a fee. It's called Fariones Sports Center. Some of our guests who want to spend a few days by a pool choose this sports complex because it is very close.
The apartment is perfect to enjoy the sun and the mild climate that attracts thousands of visitors to the island every year. It has an outdoor balcony with views of the sea and a beautiful lighthouse where you can watch the sunset. We are looking forward to your visit! Suite The LightHouse Suite.
