This one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished, is located on the ground floor of a secure complex and has a spacious terrace equipped with a table and chairs, from where you can enjoy views of the pool and the sea. The living area is spacious and open-concept, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, oven, two hobs, water kettle, toaster, and microwave. It also has a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person, as well as crockery and cutlery for four people.



The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen television with an English channel package (BBC/ITV), as well as a DVD player and radio. Guests can make use of a good WIFI connection during their stay.



The main bedroom has a large double bed and a built-in wardrobe that incorporates a spacious safe for valuable items. Attached to the bedroom is an additional room that serves as a laundry and storage area, where the ironing board and cleaning products are located.
