Vacation Villa 'Benedicte' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Casa Gegore with Pool, Garden, Terraces & Wi-Fi located in Puerto del Carmen Old Town. The luxury Casa Gegore has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and is a short walk to all of the amenities. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people (the 7th person sleeps on a fold-out bed - the hire of this is included when you choose 7 guests). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, a game console as well as a TV and a DVD player. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for no extra charge. Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed. A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available. Aircon is available free of charge in all three bedrooms for your comfort. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The property has a step-free interior. The property has step-free access. Simple booking procedure and very helpful local assistant. We also used the transfer service as recommended and could not fault it. Lovely warm pool and very useful supermarket next door. Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Benedicte. My husband and I travelled to Lanzarote to race in the Ironman in May, so having a good home base is key for us. It was wonderful to work with Sue leading up to our arrival, and she arranged a personal shuttle pick-up and drop-off for us as well. Everything went very smoothly and the Villa was even more lovely than in the photo's. Everything was top-notch and the kitchen was fully equipped to great standards. I highly recommend this property, and was impressed with Sue's prompt attention to our questions and needs.

Pros: Lage, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Aussicht der Villa Benedicte ist fantastisch. betreuung vor Ort perfekt. In der Villa kann man sich rundum wohlfühlen, der Weg zu Restaurants, Supermarkt und zur Strandpromenade ist nicht weit. Auch der nächste Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren! Ideal für einen perfekten Uraub.
