The main Strip of Puerto del Carmen with the beautiful Playa Grande Beach, restaurants and shops, is 20 minutes' stroll away from the villa. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Famara is just a short walk from the beach and promenade of Playa Pocillos offering a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The main Strip of Puerto del Carmen, with another indulging array of bars, shops and restaurants, is approximately a 20 minute leisurely stroll along the coastline, or 5 minutes in a car. The old town and harbour are 10 minutes by car, bus or taxi.
