There was a terrible odor on the second floor. Ice machine on second floor did not work. Only one luggage cart and the place was booked solid. One person at the desk at 6 pm and she had to go assist another patron. It was a place to sleep on our journey

Need to update this porperty, the staff are great. No fridge or microwave in room. Hair dryer a fire hazard. Remote won't turn tv unless you stand right in front of tv.

the room smelled like some kind of animal disinfectant. ther were wires hanging from where the smoke detector used to be, as well as bare wires in the bathroom

The hotel definitely needs an upgrade. But, if you need a place to stay at a quite a bit less than other places in the area, this is it. However, well, it is a rather basic place at a good price, I would not stay here again.

The room was okay, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower, but no coffee in the room, and the breakfast was nothing to write home about.

The attendant at check in was chewing food while checking me in. The room was dirty, there was someones hair in the bathroom sink. The plug in the bathroom near the sink was caved in. Safety issue for sure. No cups or coffee in the room. Only 2 towels total. The freezer was full of frost. Couldnt re freeze our ice packs. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Breakfast, if thats what they call it, was a complete joke. Bread for toast and some cereals. I felt bad for a family that was trying to feed their 3 children before getting back on the road. The place should be shut down. Shame on Microtel and Wyndham.

Beware….

Thank goodness we were only driving through and spending a night in the hotel. Where do I begin? The sticky floors in bathroom and general layer of ick on everything in the room was terrible but nothing compared to the constant slamming of doors that made the front door to the room shake. I thought so many times someone was trying to break into the room and it finally stopped around 2AM. I stayed here about a year ago and it was clean with zero issues, not to mention pretty sure someone was smoking in the room next to us. Overall definitely won’t be back.

One of the five least appealing rooms ever stayed

Feels very Rundown, carpet was sticky, stains in the bathtub, furniture and , strange smells. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in, but overall it feels like they are trying to see how long they can just rent out rooms without giving real attention and maintenance to the property until it falls to the ground or gets condemned.

Check-in info was my name, but some info was not mine.Clerk gave me 1 queen bed.Tried to call front desk.Phone didn't work.Info front desk had was not from Expedia.I showed proof of reserved 2 queen beds from Expedia.Given another room.Thermostat broken.Given yet ANOTHER room.Hope I'm only charged for 1 room and not also someone else's!What is the problem there and here!
