The staff was rude, and I had to ask for cups and ice bag liner. The shower curtain had several cuts in top of it. The towel had stains on them. Had reservations for three days and had to leave early and refused to refund for other two days. Wouldn’t give receipt for my stay.

We stayed at this Microtel for one night and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff was unpleasant and unprofessional from the start. Our mattress had visible blood stains, which we immediately brought to their attention. It was brushed off with no concern and no offer to change rooms. When we asked for extra bedding for our son, it was simply thrown onto a table in the lobby and we were expected to set it up ourselves. We also alerted staff that the elevator floor was covered in animal feces. There was no apology and no indication whether it was cleaned by staff or left for another guest to deal with. The second floor had no hot water, which was especially unacceptable given we were visiting in late December and the weather was very cold. During checkout, we overheard multiple guests from the same floor complaining and being offered full refunds. Despite reserving two separate rooms, we were offered nothing. To make matters worse, the rooms we were given were not what we paid for. When we pointed this out, staff argued that we had been given “higher priced” rooms—which is concerning, because the rooms we stayed in were in very poor condition. Bedding, linens, and towels were low quality and frankly disgusting, and the rooms themselves looked worn down and falling apart. Overall, this was an unacceptable stay. We would not return and do not recommend this location.

Maintenance needs to be done --- cords dangling from behind TV, remote control not working properly. Cadenza was hanging and not level. Room was reasonably clean. There was a spill in the hallway from the laundry and or ice machine on 2nd floor. Instead of mopping up, they placed cones around it and the spill sat for more than 10 hours. The spill carried into the elevator and again, no clean-up. Down the hall some folks were engaged in a very loud and angry argument -- don't know what that was aboul -- thankfully they quieted down before 11 PM --- the "Breakfast" was a joke -- I just got coffee -- there were no working Vending Machines, either ---

This hotel was disgusting, we were driving from West Palm Beach to Blue Ridge Georgia, and just got 2 rooms to take a break and sleep a few hours, we arrived at 4:30am, just wanted to shower and sleep, my son in law got locked in the bathroom, the door handle didnt work, we literally had to call the desk, the guy came with a flathead screwdriver and had to jimmy the door open, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, the shower curtain rods were coming out of the walls, just 💯 dirty everywhere you looked, the mirrors looked like something out of a scary movie, the whole place gave SHINING vibes!!! Honestly if it wasn't 4:30am, we would have left. I was nervous to sleep and shower here!!!!! Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel!!

I booked a Room with 2 Queen beds. The room they gave us was 1 queen and a roll out bed. No linens for this other bed in the room. We had to go back to the desk and they gave me a sheet and comforter. This bed was absolutely the worst sleeping arrangement. When I told the clerk we booked 2 queens, they were rude and said that's all they had. I booked this room in Sept. And their excuse for breakfast was a toaster with bread and butter, one cereal and a pitcher of milk....Totally disappointed with this booking.

The elevator to the rooms was not functioning, upon my entry to the room, 2 big roaches were on the floor, no towels or soap in the bathroom, the suite room needs upgrades, bathroom walls need some refinishing, in addition... a dirty freezer and shower courtin was old and ripped. Atrendant and staff were very kind and nice. Overall I felt safe and had a quiet night. As a wyndhan honors owner and member, i am very dissatisfied of this wyndham stay.
