Stay was a last minute, need to get off the road deal. Bed was comfy, shower was nice and room was generally clean. AC filters were nasty when I saw them in the morn.

I was with my certified service dog. Not that. Need to tell you, but he’s my diabetes alert service dog. It was early and I was grabbing a coffee and the MOD asked mr is he a service dog? I pleasantly told her yes he was and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away shaking her head. I asked her if she had a problem with that. I was so angry, I went over to her and showed her all the equipment attached to my stomach and my pump. I know A LOT of people abuse service animal use. Unfortunately that makes it hard for people like me who really need one. Regardless, the MOD should not have judged. She embarrassed me and ruined what otherwise would have been a pleasant stay. I’d like a response to this please.

This was a wonderful property to stay in. The bed & pillows were comfortable, the room was clean, it was convenient to many dining options and breakfast was adequate. The only negative comment we would have is that the elevator walls needed cleaning. We would definitely stay here again on our travels.
