Please note that there may be significant noise from the city center, especially during nighttime, due to the nearby bars and nightclubs. The apartment is located opposite 013 and 100 meters from the Heuvel.
In 2023 the apartment has been redecorated and equipped with new furniture. Including a double bed, sofa bed (155x200) and two sofa beds (74x220).

The space
You enter through the central entrance on the first floor (digital).
On the second floor is a large roof terrace with the front door (digital).
Inside, you enter a hall with a toilet. To the right is the bedroom with a sink.
A little further on the bathroom with shower.
At the end of the hallway is a living room with an open kitchen.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
You get a digital key for the central door and the door of your apartment.
