Apartment 14 in the Windrose building welcomes you at Travemünder Landstraße 7 in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea—one of the most sought-after locations on Lübeck Bay. Just about 200 metres away, you’ll find the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments by the water. Shopping options are located about 400 metres away, and the lively city centre is just a short walk of approximately 350 metres. Public transportation is also easily accessible via the train station, located about 5.4 kilometres away.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and offers 56 m² of living space for up to four guests—ideal for families with children. In total, there are three tastefully furnished rooms, including two separate bedrooms (one of which is suitable only for children, with a bunk bed: 90x200 cm each), a master bedroom (180x200 cm), and a comfortable living room. All rooms are designed to ensure a pleasant, modern stay.

Entertainment is provided by a wide range of media equipment: two televisions, a hi-fi system, a Blu-ray and DVD player, a CD player, a radio, and free Wi-Fi are available. The modern, open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a full range of kitchen utensils. A dining area with a dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a trash can.

The private, covered balcony is perfect for relaxing outdoors and invites you to linger—a patio umbrella provides pleasant shade when needed.
