This bright and modern 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the first floor and offers 80 m² of living space on two levels, accommodating up to 4 people.

On the first floor, a spacious hallway leads to the cozy living room, which features a leather sofa set, an LCD TV, and an iPod docking station. From there, you have a great view of the furnished terrace.

The adjacent kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher and oven, has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your vacation. The dining area is located right next to the kitchenette in the open-concept living area.

The first bedroom is also located on the first floor. A comfortable, large double bed (2x90x200 cm) invites you to dream. Thanks to the large closet, there is plenty of storage space.

The bright shower room with natural light features a modern design and offers ample space. It is equipped with underfloor heating and a heated towel rack.

All rooms are equipped with exterior blinds. The patio door also features an insect screen.

A staircase leads down to the basement, where you’ll find a lovingly furnished living/bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a two-seater sofa, and an additional TV.
