Personally it was the absurd security deposit fee, I understand when paying with a debit card but when paying with a credit card this fee should be very minimal. Won't be returning due to this.

Good stay over all.

Our stay went well. There was never anyone at the Front Desk. I always had to ring for service. The room was a basic room. The painting in the bathroom looked slapped on, not professional. No hand soap in the room so had to ask. The "gym" is not really a gym as it only consists of an elliptical and incumbent bike.

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like they have fresh fruit in the lobby. The breakfast was all we needed. Nice to have a restaurant right next door. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Little hotel with a great heart

Nice hotel with very friendly, helpful staff at the front desk and cleaning staff. Concerns (like access to TV) are promptly adhered to. For the price you pay you get an excellent, secure stay.

Place is just in rough shape. They did a huge Reno in front making it look modern and nice, at least my room.is old, dirty, marked walls, no couch or second bed so a big open space, breakfast was all dry continental. No eggs, no proteins, no fruit, kinda disappointing. I slept fine the bed was damp tho, and the room smelled odd, can't say if it was mold or not. Turned off AC by unplugging which has no controls anywhere on wall or on unit and open a window for smell. Was the only hotel under 200 so beggers can,t be choosers I understand. Staff were good, nice and polite.

Indicated that there was daily room cleaning. In four nights they did not come once. Also instead of keeping just the security deposit on my credit card ($200) for a few days, they kept the full charge of my room ($1600) for one week after I checked out, plus the charges for my room. Caused major issues with my bank.
