Penny’s Serenity suite has been lovingly restored to bring the magic of the Cycladic tradition to life in the most charming of Tinian traditional villages, Dio Choria. This roomy, split level, naturally cool cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree Greek island holiday and comfortably houses up to 4 people.

Cleverly designed to utilise the whole of the 70sqm space, high wood-beamed ceilings, lovely natural light, exposed stone walls and charming traditional Cycladic features all combine to create a peaceful, welcoming energy that complements the authentic feel of the village.

Naturally protected from the summertime winds that buffer the Cycladic Islands during the summer, the cottage stays blessedly cool all summer thanks to metre thick stone walls and A/C (although unlikely you’ll need it!) so you, your friends and family will be comfortable all summer long. As the temperature drops in October the reverse cycle A/C heating will keep you warm and cosy while you cuddle up watching Netflix drinking local wine and eating delicious Tinian cheese and meze (ask about our Taste of Tinos picnic baskets!).

Comfortably sleeping 4 adults, there is plenty of room to read a book, sit and chat or whip up a delicious meal from the very practical kitchen which includes full size fridge, coffee maker, electric cooktop, microwave, grilled sandwich toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware you need. A small but functional dining nook completes the space.

The stylish Cycladic polished plaster bathroom is spacious and includes a luxurious overhead shower head (unusual in Greek homes), world famous Greek amenities from KORRES, a washing machine, hairdryer and styling iron.
