Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Block in Tirana. Amazing experience. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Very nice friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was excellent too. Definitely recommend it to everyone who visits Albania.

A great hotel but they need to improve the directions. We were looking for the breakfast area. There is no indication in the lift. Lots of other guests were lost too. No internet USB in the rooms. Just small things but important.

I would not stay here again, it was only June and the cooling for the room was on high the whole time and we were soaked with sweat on top of the blankets all night. I would expect this in a 2 star but in a place like this HVAC should not have problems.

The stay was not as I expected from a good hotel. The reception staff were not very friendly and everyone struggled with English. They gave me a room right next to one where they were renovating the other rooms and was super loud and construction sound all day. Finally after I complained they changed rooms!! The rooftop restaurant service was not good and so was house cleaning staff. Overall not a great experience. This hotel used mainly by business people but not sure I would ever go back. The spa and massage was the only good part of the stay!

An outstanding hotel. Friendly staff, stunning room and a rooftop restaurant which was lovely. Hotel right in the city centre but it was so quiet. A stunning top drawer hotel in a young growing city.

Overall the property is excellent, as are the staff. I did however feel that there was a 2-tier system, with my room, # 128 being in an 'old' wing. The room itself did not seem to belong with the rest of the hotel and did not convey a sense of 'luxury' in size or other attributes. It was directly above a party/ball room with thunderous noise at night. The window did not close securely and was next to a road, with horns from traffic. The small hot water heater allowed for about 4 minutes of hot shower water before turning cool. Curiously, although tea and iced coffee packets were provided in-room, neither pods nor packets of instant coffee were provided. I inquired, thinking it was a housekeeping oversight and was told "no", that's the way it is in my category of room. Seems peculiar and petty if true. So, if you're in one of the higher priced rooms it's likely an excellent choice but be wary of the lower priced rooms, particularly if they start with a "1" and require the special elevator on the left... The spa and pool are nice.

Poor experience as I booked a room with a hot tub and when I arrived for check in I was told this was not available. The hotel told me that Hotels.com had misled me after I booked a Signature room which does exist according to the Xheko. Very poor! No ironing board in the room.
