Our cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay. With two separate living areas and a dedicated desk for remote work, our property is designed to provide you with a convenient and functional space for both relaxation and productivity.

Living Areas:
The main living area features a comfortable sectional couch and TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or working remotely. The sectional in the living room pulls into into a large bed that sleeps 2. The secondary living area provides an additional space for relaxation with a seating area, chairs, and a desk. Whether you want to watch your favorite shows, read a book, or simply relax with a cup of coffee, our living areas offer versatile spaces for your comfort.

For guests who need to work remotely, our property includes a dedicated desk with a comfortable chair and ample lighting. Stay productive and connected with our high-speed internet, and make use of the desk space to set up your laptop, spread out your work materials, and stay focused during your stay.

Bedroom:

Guest Access:
As a guest of our duplex property, you will have exclusive access to the West half of the property and all the amenities provided within this this unit.

Upon arrival, you will have exclusive access to the designated parking area reserved for this unit, where you can park your vehicle or vehicles conveniently. The private entrance to this unit is clearly marked, and you will receive detailed instructions on how to access the property prior to your arrival.

In addition to the indoor area, you will also have access to the outdoor areas that are exclusive to the West half of the property. This includes a private parking, backyard patio, hot tub, fire pit, and other outdoor amenities for you to enjoy.

Please note that the East half of the property is a separate independent unit and may be occupied by other guests or residents. It is important to respect their privacy and refrain from accessing or using any areas reserved for their use.

We'll communicate check-in instructions and send a few messages to make sure you have everything that you need. If someone is checking out of the other duplex we might show up between 12PM-3PM for about an hour to clean the other unit and swap linens.
