Very relaxing, peaceful stay. Enjoyed watching dolphins and birds from the dock. Bring your fishing poles because the dock is the place to be with plenty of room for whole family. Amazing view of the rocket launch it's directly across the river. Huge house with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the kitchen and view from the kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Also enjoyed the piano very much.

Interesting property. Love the dock and bar on the dock. Saw manatees, dolphins and even some bio-luminescence in the water at night. Lots of water birds and fish activity. Sunrise coffee mornings on the dock were great. The house worked well for 6 family adults. Lots of small step ups and down into rooms. Nice and quiet. Nice kitchen to gather in. No place for long walks or runs unless you cross the highway. Over all we really enjoyed the stay.

Quiet get away

This place is not your same ol’ enchilada. But we loved it. The location is perfect for launch viewing and escaping any crowd. Very very quiet. We saw a family of manatee at piers end. Lots of good size snook lurking around early mornings and late afternoon. I did not fish though. Next time I will be prepared to. We had a very nice and relaxing time. Could use some furniture updating, both indoor and out.

Amazing location

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location on the river was great. The dock was the perfect location for seeing dolphins, manatees, and also rocket launches. Also, we appreciate being able to bring our dog. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing dock and views, large house

The real jewel was the dock! We saw so many (over 30 times) manatee below us swimming by, many with babies! Also had a few dolphins come by really close to and under the dock twice. The dock is also a great place to see launches from (pad 40 is to the right of the VAB (tall bldg) but to the left of the tall red rocket (KSC). The inside of the house was very large and spacious. A little more seats in the living room and it would be perfect, we used chairs from adjacent chess room so no biggie. Yes, some of the rooms of the house did not have much furniture but the house was so large we did not even use those rooms (5 of us). We jokingly called it the "mini winchester house". Orlando was a easy 45 min away, though we preferred Titusville area. Hot tub and firepit were great. Kitchen very large and new appliances with amazing views. Dock was large and nice with a bar area, mini fridge, and a light. Lights in some parts of the house took a little bit to get used to. Water was usually so clear! Maintenance man and his wife were so sweet and nearby, enjoyed meeting them. They even keep the cove area at the end of the street pretty and clear. Book this property you will not regret it! Miss it already and hope to return. Thanks again for sharing this amazing house and dock with us!

Dock and Gazebo Highlight

Awesome Dolphin and Manatee show off the dock. Large property inside and out. Very nice kitchen. Very nice river front views. Nice quiet area. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Communicatoon with owner was very good. Check in very good. I recommend this property.

A Keeper that needs tweaks

Three elderly ladies stayed here for 2 weeks. We would definitely come back. This is a large home on the water, quiet, serene, beautiful views, lovely porch. Yard is attractive and well maintained. Inside - kitchen and full baths updated and modern Noticed two problems - 1) there wasn't enough furntiture, inside or outside, for 3 or more people to gather, we improvised. 2) Towels need replacing, too few, mismatched and dorm quality.

Amazing location

The property and location are wonderful. We were able to see 4 night launches from cape Canaveral. The fishing was fantastic. Lyle was quick to respond to any questions. And very helpful. Definitely want to go back.

Nice property in a quiet area.

The property is comfortable and near grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. We liked visiting Merritt Island and a few other wildlife areas areas quite a few times as well as the Kennedy Space Center. We look forward to returning again next year.

coffee on the dock!

The highlight was coffee on the dock, and watching launches from the dock. .It was even more enjoyable after we spent 3 days powerwashing the "bar" end of the dock, to get rid of the bird droppings and black"mold". The house was very spacious, but sparsely furnished, inside and out. We ended up borrowing many items from friends and family in the area. The neighbors were very friendly and respectful. A wonderful place for having a dog. I would recommend the place, especially if there is more furniture out and in. Lyle was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Great Location and House

The location of the property was easy to find with very little traffic. The property was well maintained, clean, and comfortable NASA was directly across from the property so we were able to watch a night launch from the dock. It was a perfect get away.

Waterfront Home in Titusville
