Parking was confusing. Had to get ticket. Drag ur luggage around parking lot. No help getting bags. Had to up elevator to get to lobby. First stunk like cigarette. Receptionist didn’t explain about parking. I had to pay. Then morning receptionist was a lot better. Still was an inconvenience to get your ticket to reception then to ticket both then u can use it to get out. It was to much work

Great location, rooms and staff!

Perfect location right in the Punta Sur Mall with tons of dining choices, easy parking (free but a little complicated with using machines to validate tickets) and it felt very safe. The room was super clean with a nice shower and plenty of room. The staff were GRWAT! I would definitely stay there again.
