In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, successors, or assignee's the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Much needed getaway

Natoya was an amazing host. I was able to keep contact with her the whole time and she responded quickly. Everything in the house is updated and has that homey feel to it. I loved the back deck table for eating lunch and dinner and the firepit at night to listen to some tunes, have a couple of drinks and a cigar and spend some quality time with friends. There was a nice lake area close to the house where you can lay out on the sand area or float around on some floats. Much recommend!
