I rented three rooms for my family and unfortunately, we have issues in all three rooms. Two of the rooms didn’t have enough hot water for a full shower ran out after about six minutes. One of our rooms had a broken TV. They did discount $50 because of the TV and said they would look into the hot water issue. It was an amazing view from the room and the staff were very friendly.

We were greeted on a stormy day with warm fragrant towels at check-in. Our host was helpful and pleasant. Our dog-friendly room was clean and comfortable. Our main-floor room made outside easily accessible for us and our pet. Would come back again.

We stayed here late Sept with my family of 5. Check in and check out was a breeze! Front staff was very helpful and kind. We had the executive loft which was perfect for us. View was amazing and we got the 1st room upstairs. There wasn’t much activity there, very quiet and peaceful place maybe because we went in the quiet season. Room was clean and spacious; it had a king bed upstairs and 2 queen beds + washroom on the main floor. Resort has a communal kitchen where you can store and cook your food. They have all the appliances you need in a kitchen including a deep freezer. This place is great for longer stays, has benches for hanging out around the kitchen area. Front desk had board games and complementary fruits and water. Few things that were lacking here were the sockets in our room were very loose and FEW! No towel holder by the sink area was annoying and no Kleenex or Kleenex dispensers provided. Our room’s flush wasn’t working properly so the front staff provided us with a plunger which did the job! They were very helpful and came right away when needed. FYI- Main reception building doesn’t have a washroom. No housekeeping either, you would have to go to the main reception building if you needed anything. There are also no phone’s in the rooms so you would have to either go to the main reception to talk to them or you could them searching their number on google which is what I did. The lady at front desk took my number and contacted me via WhatsApp and she was supe

The property was pet-friendly and we had a wonderful room with a great view of the lake and the boats docked there. I should have ensured to get a room in one of the other buildings as I hadn't thought about my friend who walks with a cane and the stair access was a little difficult, but that was my mistake.

Beautiful scenery. Peaceful. Split level room was perfect for 2 couples to have privacy. Clean. Reception gave us hot clothes on arrival… nice touch. There were a lot of stairs to get to the room though if you have mobility problems or just bringing luggage. One flight down from the parking lot with a railing too wide to use as a handrail, then another flight of stairs back up to the room itself. Great view from the room balcony though.
