within walking distance to Shinjuku train station . Lawson at the downstairs of the building, easy to buy water or beer up to room. Recept is at 3rd floor. Use the lift instead of escalator to go up hotel. Lobby serves free coffee, which is of premium quality. My request for high floor was met. Room clean although a bit dated. Lots of dining options around

It is always disappointing when online pictures do not match reality. The property needs updating and refreshing. The room was faded, the mattress was worn, and the pillows needed to be replaced. A plus was the friendly desk staff. We stayed at four hotels in Tokyo. This is the only one we will not repeat.

My son and I had a nice time in Tokyo Japan. We stayed at Citadines Hotel for 12 days. The room is a bit small but it is not a big issue. The location of the hotel is very convenient and walkable to all the departments stores and restaurants within Shinjuku district. The Shinjuku subway is about 10 minutes walk. It is in the middle of the red light district but no one bother us. It is quite safe.

Good stay at a familiar hotel.
It was my 2nd time staying here. The experience was generally the same as the previous trip. One thing to point out is that the sound proofing of the room can be improved as I can hear on a daily basis people talking quite loudly outside in the corridor or in the neighbouring room. Another suggestion would be to have a water flask so guests can more easily fill up water from the dispenser on each floor. And maybe don't replace the bedroom slippers daily if they're not so worn out.

The hotel was fabulous! Situated in an amazing location close to the main strip of Shinjuku, there is an array of bars and local cuisines only a short distance away. The rooms were good size with lovely bathrooms and were very warm during the winter. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The main train station is also a 5 min walk! Loved staying here
