The first bedroom has one Queen bed (160cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2.
The second bedroom has one double bed (140cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2.
The third bedroom has 2 single futon sets (90cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2.

The toilet and bathroom on the 1st floor are separated.
