The staff are very kind and polite and the hotel is beautiful. It is so quiet and peaceful and the room we stayed in was very large with a beautiful view of the garden. There is a lovely gin bar, a 711 onsite, and several great restaurants. The Shinagawa station has nearly every line and Shinkansen, so you do not need to change often. Will stay here again!
