Great 2 day stay pre joining Tour of Japan

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! From reception to check out top notch Location is one stop from Haneda airport The breakfast is not to be missed Comfortable beds , great shower and not too small Would like an English entertainment channel and a night table beside both beds

Modern, clean and stylish

Modern, clean and comfortable. It’s close to the airport and train services, so very convenient. The area has nothing in it though and shops close around 11pm. So if you are arriving, late and you are hungry, probably best to eat before you arrive. If you want to have a bath, you have to find the secret button!

The staff were really helpful, I'd had a silly problem with the coin lockers downstairs (Didn't realise you need to touch the screen before tapping your IC card to open it, so couldn't get my luggage out) and the concierge kindly came all the way down to help me out and was understanding even when it had all turned out to be a silly mistake. The rooftop space is really nice and the vending machine there is very reasonable, the room itself was obviously new and well-maintained and even looking at the planes so close you don't hear them so the soundproofing is good.

This is our return stay at hotel metropolitan. Good service, good breakfast, very friendly staff and clean. train terminals below the hotel, convenient. Very near to Haneda Airport.

It was very clean. I love that they clean the rooms everyday. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The railway is right next to the Hotel which made our travels very convenient.

An amazing hotel situated just 1 stop away from Haneda Airport. Spacious rooms (for Japan) , satisfactory breakfast and nice facilities and amenities such as the vending machine area that does light snacks and also the rooftop terrace.

Felt super safe rooms were amazing just a bit on the small side staff were always super helpful respectful and friendly only downside is how far out of the inner city you are
