It you’re looking for a place to stay when you’re at the Disney resort, this is the place! This hotel is amazing! I was quite surprised by how big, clean, and spacious my room was. The staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable about what to see or do in Disney Sea. There was only one tiny tiny thing that my body wasn’t used to was how firm the mattress was, but that’s it!

Good service overall

The stay and service was really good. Our only complaint is we had some cup noodle cups from the cup noodle sitting on the dresser and they were thrown away one day.

Almost everything everyone has said is true. The hotel is a bit dated. The walls are thin. The bed is hard. That said, this hotel worked perfect. Close to shuttles. Easy in and out. The bed was hard but fine. My only real complaint was the AC. It took way too long to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. That made sleeping more difficult, not the bed.

This hotel was ok. We booked it because it seemed like they had the largest rooms of all the options in the area but the rooms felt very worn down. It could use a refresh. The mattresses were uncomfortably form. Hotels in Japan in general tends to have firm mattresses but these were too firm compared to other hotels we stayed in. If I could rebook the trip I would pick the Hilton Tokyo Bay. They were newer and had a convenient store that was open really early.

Lovely stay and convenient to the metro to Disney. Standard room was large and had one of the largest bathrooms that wasn’t a suite. Room was cleaned daily and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The concierge counter helped us with luggage delivery to our next hotel in Tokyo.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room, but unfortunately, it was in poor condition. The tatami mats had noticeable stains, the drain in the washroom was chipped and potentially hazardous, and the water pressure at the bathroom sink was extremely low. I considered requesting a different room, but since it was just for one night, I chose to tolerate it—though I don’t plan on returning. Given the amount we paid for the room, I believe we could have found a much nicer place for the same price—or even less—in the same area. However, like other hotels in Japan, the service provided by the staff was excellent.
