Quiet neighborhood in an otherwise very crowded Shinjuku district. Very suitable for people who wants to stay away from the crowd yet wanting to be near Shinjuku. Highly recommended.

Economical and get our basic sleeping needs met , and near the JR station within 15 min walk . Very tight rooms is the drawback . Don’t expect much , the breakfast is rudimentary , but you get solid nights of sleep !

A incredibly large room that offers a separate area for the bedroom via blinds. The bathroom is separate from the shower room which was nice. Complimentary basic breakfast to get you going for the day!

Shinjuku Sun Park Hotel is a nice hotel in a quiet location and about 8 to 10 minutes walk to eateries, shopping and Shin-Okubo station. I traveled solo and stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room which had enough room for my luggage. Bathroom was clean and on the smaller size which is normal in Japan and the toilet is separate which is good traveling with more people. Overall I had a good stay and recommend it for people who like the quiet but not too far from the busy streets in Shinjuku.

If you are lung cancer, this is your place. It reeks cigarettes and old dust. In the hall, in the room, in the elevator. The guy cleaning the rooms was doing what he could and he was nice, but the whole place is a Marlboro pack

The room is a standard size room. The bed was a double so enough room for two people. The bathroom is smaller than usual but got the job done. The hotel is in a quiet area so that was a nice break from Shibuya. They have luggage service too.
