The area is cozy and has nice bedding. The breakfast is fine, but don't expect much in the way of variety, though it's nice to have juice and especially water, which they'll fill up for you if you want to take a bottle with you(and you should, tap water is not the best). The shower is also nice, and the beds were made every day, which is better than most western hotels.
My main critique is that the hotel is not easy to find since the sign is in all Japanese, so make sure you know what the exterior looks like.
