I did not like the fact that i did this online and have never had to have deposite and for some rwason i had to this time and i think its becaise they wanted 20 bucks
I use my points and still Charge me twenty six dollars, A room was guilty. It was potato chips underneath things. There was bugs, no bed bugs, but crickets.

Use shampoo in he shower and soap There was people living there year round. They did not specify that when I got there. The outside of the building was filthy cigarette butts everywhere would highly recommend no one ever ever stay there and I believe hotels.com. Osh me a reimbursement for that. Because I went by what you're rating. Said was 8.6 Barry barry disappointed in hotels.com.
We were unable to stay here! We rented 3 rooms. There was literal rat poop in the bed. The pullout beds mattress had poop stains all over it, the room had a very foul smell and the room was just plain disgusting. The armchairs was covered in big black stains of sone sort. We complained and they gave us another room and it was still not something I would feel safe my family staying in.. we left and they refused to refund our money and hotels.com has done nothing about it?
We did not enjoy our stay at all, the room was a handicapped room and we did not ask for one. The bed was uncomfortable, we just had a not so great night
It was very snowy/icy out and they have tile/marble type floors with hardly any rugs down and just a caution wet floor sign out. They also expected a $20 cash deposit at check in with no notice of this policy anywhere except a paper hanging on the wall behind the desk. I booked a king room and was given a double room instead. The deadbolt was broken on the door and instead of just getting us another room they offered to call a handyman and have us wait for a few hours (it was after 9pm at this point) to fix it. We had to ask for other room instead. Won't be returning.
Was housed right next to the mechanical room, very loud machinery all hours of the day. Very little to no sound insulation in the room at all, could hear people talking in the hallway and even in the lobby all night. Entire places smells like cigarette smoke, even the room itself. Several parts of the building are just run-down in general. At one point my keycard stopped working on my room, had to call the front desk up to get it fixed, DIDNT even check my ID to see if the room was mine or not. Thank god at that point I was checking out. There is also a 20 dollar CASH ONLY deposit not previously mentioned.
