The room, especially the bathroom was not clean. Hair was present and the bathtub looked dirty. The shower curtain had noticable dirt hand prints on it. They did not have a backup roll of toilet paper. The beds were uncomfortable. In addition, the pool was broken and the uncleanliness ensured we did not want to go at the offered breakfast. We will not be staying at any of the hotels in this group again.

The whole place is dirty. Ice machine leaking all over the floor. Front desk staff less than helpful at all, didn't give any information voluntarily, like pulling teeth just for her to tell us where the elevator was. Bugs on the bed and bathroom was filthy.
