Nos gustó mucho que sólo son 7 cabañas, así es que todo es muy tranquilo. Las cabañas tienen una chimenea que calienta muy rico la habitación. La que nosotros escogimos contaba con jacuzzi, una muy buena ventaja sobre las que tienen hamaca. El tener el restaurante Fisher's dentro del hotel es otra ventaja y al ser huéspedes se tiene preferencia sobre los comensales externos (previa reservación). Los jardines son muy bonitos y tienen muchos detalles que lo hacen un lugar único y muy agradable para estar.

En la página web anuncian que la estancia incluye amenidades de cortesía en el minibar. Cuando llegamos, lo vimos vacío, preguntamos y nos dijeron que ya no ponen nada desde hace unos meses. Las instalaciones del Spa no estaban en funcionamiento. La cereza del pastel: en el restaurante claramente escuché que en la mesa de atrás de mí, había unas personas de España reclamando que les intentaron cargar platillos extra en la cuenta. Cuando terminé mi consumo y me trajeron la cuenta, pasó lo mismo. Llegó el mesero diciendo "el total fue X" y con la terminal lista para recibir mi tarjeta antes de revisar la cuenta. Cuando revisé la cuenta, teniá consumos "fantasma" que tuve que pedirle que quitara. Definitivamente eso me hizo sentir mucha desconfianza. Fuera de eso, el hotel es bonito. Todo como se ve en las fotos. Tuvimos habitación con jacuzzi y su temperatura estaba riquísima. La cama y las batas muy ricas también.

La habitación es moderna, muy limpia y bastante amplia. En las noches si se llega a escuchar la música del restaurante y se siente la vibración de la música. En mi caso, cuando me hospedé, se fue la luz y se echó a perder la bomba del agua por lo que no había agua en la regadera o incluso para lavarse las manos. No pude bañarme cuando necesitaba hacerlo y tuve que regresar más tarde a hacerlo. Se disculparon conmigo, pero por lo que pagué, este tipo de cosas no deberían de pasar o incluso se le puede dar un vale al cliente por tan mala experiencia. También, cuando alguien se está bañando y abren la llave del lavabo, no sale agua fría en la regadera por varios minutos, solo sale agua caliente Es muy bonito el hotel pero debido a estas circunstancias no volvería a hospedarme aquí.
