Nos gustó mucho que sólo son 7 cabañas, así es que todo es muy tranquilo. Las cabañas tienen una chimenea que calienta muy rico la habitación. La que nosotros escogimos contaba con jacuzzi, una muy buena ventaja sobre las que tienen hamaca. El tener el restaurante Fisher's dentro del hotel es otra ventaja y al ser huéspedes se tiene preferencia sobre los comensales externos (previa reservación). Los jardines son muy bonitos y tienen muchos detalles que lo hacen un lugar único y muy agradable para estar.

El personal muy amable, la comida del restaurante buena. Al momento de la llegada no había agua en la habitación, lo solucionaron rápido, las habitaciones lo justo necesario pero para mi gusto poca privacidad entre una y otra, mucho ruido. El room service con horario limitado. Gracias

Es un hotel muy bonito, pero con el personal nada profesional. Nos avisaron a las 8:00pm que una de las habitaciones no tenia agua caliente y ni funcionaba la chimenea. Nos propusieron en primer lugar cambiar de habitación, a una inferior (porque todo el hotel estaba lleno), sin compensación, despues de negociar, no queria darnos mas de un 10% de reembolso, luego al final, el gerente del restaurante (Alexis), de paso muy profesional y amable (el unico de todo el equipo), nos ofrecio los desayunos. Para la segunda noche, nos aseguraron que el agua caliente y la chimenea estaban reparados, cuando no fue cierto! Otra vez, el unico resolutivo fue el gerente del restaurante, que nos volvio a regalar los desayunos. Entiendo que pueden ocurrir problemas, pero par un hotel de este nivel, deberian tener un equipo mas profesional con capacidad de contestar correctamente al cliente.

Pondría una puerta corrediza en el baño. Haría un espacio de lobby bar para que los huéspedes pudieran tener algo que hacer más allá de la habitación. También extrañamos el room service después de las 8pm o por lo menos algo para comprar después de esa hora. La alberca estaba extremadamente sucia para pensar usarla.
