La atención es inadecuada, no tiene suficiente personal en recepción, si llegas en coche no hay manera de estacionar y descargar, Si pides almohadas o mantas extras por el frío olvídalo!! Te dicen que no hay. Que son las que son. Sus regaderas son ineficientes, y se va el agua caliente. Eso si la atención del personal de limpieza es de 10 muy amables y extraordinarias mujeres.

En general muy buen servicio, muy amables. Las instaciones no son nuevas pero estan en. Buen estado, las habitaciones son calidas a pesar del frio. No tienen cancelacion de ruido y se escuchan las otras habitaciones o el ruido de la calle, pero si estas acostubrado a eso, no tendras problemas.

bien en general

Lo malo es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, te envían a otro hotel que esta como a una cuadra, con el que supongo tienen convenio para estacionar, lo que si, es que el estacionamiento es seguro. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente en el baño, pero nos ayudaron a solucionarlo rápido. Lo bueno es que esta justo al lado de la zona comercial y todo queda muy accesible, en recepción nos atendieron muy bien y amables.
