Great location and room 4 had an epic view of the Castle. 5-6 sets of tall 10ft double doors that opened up to a balcony with breathtaking views. Big room, comfy bed, very nicely appointed. There is no staff on site. No one staffs main check in desk so be sure to notify them of your arrival time. Check in was fine. Not a great welcome with a smile. Apparently there is no breakfast offering anymore because they had no staff for it. They own the restaurant next door so perhaps the staff went there. Not a lot of breakfast options nearby, except one pastry/cafe which seemed to always be busy, so plan accordingly. Nice pool area too, though jacuzzi was not heated. Would stay again though just for the view and the comfort.

Absolute gem in Tomar!

What a beautiful place to stay! Very modern and updated, large rooms with coffee and refrigerator, so many little touches. Pool with quiet and private lounge area and rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the Castle. Location perfect. Sonia offered a very thorough review of Tomar also. We loved this city and the accommodations certainly contributed! Obrigado!

Little gem with amazing views

After not such so good start when management did not return my message requesting check in instructions, I managed to contact a helpful young man who met me at the premises and showed me our room. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony. The property has been beautifully renovated and our room was modern and stylish with a lovely comfortable bed. The balcony was beautifully traditional, with gorgeous views looking over the roof tops towards the Praca and the Convento de Cristo which was illuminated after dark. We would definitely stay here again if in the vicinity.

If you are visiting Tomar this is an outstanding property to stay. It is modern, eclectic , and immaculate. Restored in 2019 - it is lovingly maintained. We just loved it. A bit hard to find - when your GPS says you are there look for the flags hoisted on the building . The hospitality is personal , friendly and most accommodating. Sonia is warm, friendly and so personable.

Perfect for your stay in Tomar.

An hidden gem in the beautiful medieval town of Tomar. The location is perfect! It has an outside pool (great for those hot summer days and evenings) and the top floor has a place for you to enjoy a drink with one of the best views to the castle and the old town. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend it!!

Amazing stay

We cannot say enough about our stay at O Paco! Room 6 was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean,spacious ,modern and very comfortable for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop deck was simply amazing! We were able to have drinks and snacks as the castle lit up after sunset. Sonia was lovely and very helpful at check in. The room was cleaned the following morning and was again spotless. We cannot say enough about our stay here more like 10 Star than 5! The staff and owner went above and beyond with their kindness and accommodating us on every level! Obrigada Sonia and Roe!

This was a wonderful stay and location. Our check-in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations. The view from the hotel looking out at the castle at night was stunning. The hotel is also right off the main street and we walked to the old part of town in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend and we'd stay there again.

Very clean Comfy bed and pillows. Great view of castelo from balcony by pool. Arrived two hours early. Off season stay. Door locked to hotel. Store next door called and smiling Carlos came running in 5 minutes to open. Room ready and checked in. Easy. Great location.

This hotel is in a great location in Tomar - a 5 min walk to the Main Street with tons of restaurants and shops. The hotel is small, with only 6 guest rooms, which ensures it is quiet and never too crowded. There is a lovely pool area and a great roof deck with a view of the monastery and castle. The owner, Sonia, is so kind and welcoming. She gave us a map of Tomar with suggestions on things to visit and places to eat. We took advantage of the daily breakfast buffet, which was yummy and convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. We would love to stay at O Paco again!
