5 Person Holiday Home in Tomelilla

In the heart of Skåne, in the middle of the best of Skåne's nature, lies this gem of Skåne's house. The house is from 1927 but is tastefully renovated with all the amenities you need, without losing any of its charm. The house is located 200 meters apart to the nearest neighbor. But there is a lot to explore locally, Åsgårds Gårdsbutik just over 1km away offers locally produced goods and Fårsafari, Österlen Chokladfabrik about 6km away has factory sales and a small café. Just 6km away is also Daniel Berlin Krog, a 2-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide. You are close both to the east coast with about 20km to Kivik and 24 km to Simrishamn, and to the south coast with 29 km to Ystad. 15 km away is also Tosselilla Sommarland which is a summer country with water parks, carousels, go-karts, minivans and bumper boats. The home is located in one of the lengths, and consists of kitchen with dining area, living room also with dining area and bathroom on the first floor. Up on the second floor, up a steep staircase, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a junior bed, and one with two single beds. In the hall you enter upstairs there is also a bed, and an extra bed 75cm which can be seen in the pictures. In the cozy garden you can sit outside and enjoy the Swedish summer. The surroundings invite to cozy walks and bike rides. The house is perfect for families with children who want to live a little alone but still be close to everything Österlen has to offer.
