Come and have the perfect family vacation at our lovely updated 3 bedroom and 3 bath ranch home. This home is 8 minutes away from Seaside Heights and Park. Minutes away from private beach and marina. Minutes away from a golf course. This home is minutes away from Cattus Island Park. Fenced in back yard. Walking distance to food places. Mall is about a 10 minute drive.
We offer a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking tools requirements: Keurig, dishes, cups, pots, serving platters, eating & cooking utensils, crockpot, toaster, blender, baking items, etc.

We offer driveway and street parking at location.

We strictly follow VRBO's cleaning guidelines to ensure our guests’ safety and comfort.
Stay Duration:
During Peak Season we require a 7-night (weekly) rental; Checking-In on Saturday and Checking-Out the following Saturday.
During the Off-Season, we require a 3-night minimum.

Summer parking in Seaside Heights can be difficult, but you can rent from us parking tags $70.00 for the week, which will allow you to park in any metered spot.
We provide 2 beach season passes with the house. Kids under 12 are free. Additional Beach Passes for Seaside Heights or Seaside Park are $25.00 for the week.
We offer cots for additional sleeping quarters for $25.00 per week. (need sheets,pillows and blankets)
Dogs are allowed but they have to be small dogs. There is a $150.00 fee for each dog.
Other things to note:
Check-in 4pm/Check-out 10am
Please be respectful of noise levels, especially at night.
We are not supplying bath towels, pillows, sheets, blankets or comforters. Please bring your own. The house has 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds. Due to what has been going on.
