I have stayed at this hotel a few times and highly recommend to all my friends. I shared with my side of the toilet story.
The bedding in my room was not comfy. we got backache after sleeping in the first night. it spoilt the 6D5N trip. there is no sliding door to separate the toilet and bathroom. The toilet always got wet and slippery after shower, it is quite dangerous if you are staying alone, when you slip and fall without people knowing.
I hope the management will take serious view I this matter. Overall, the staffs are super polite and courteous, from front desk, Saneha Cafe, housekeeping, bellhops and not to mention the SPA at Level 7.
