The Space:
Vineyard Retreat is located in the tranquil town of Toolleen, only 16 minutes away from the town of Heathcote home to Pink Cliffs Geological Reserve, and Gaffney Bakery. A comfortable stay with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Vineyard Retreat sits in the town of Toolleen, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and sheep grazing farms approx a 152.2 km drive from the property. Only 16 minutes away from the town of Heathcote including Pink Cliffs Geological Reserve, Gaffney Bakery, and many more.

- Gaffney's Bakery is an award-winning bakery that serves the region's best pastries, pies, coffee, and desserts.
- Axedale Tavern is a popular brewery that houses a large beer garden and a variety of versatile spaces to celebrate your special occasions.
- O'Keefe Rail Trail is the perfect walking and cycling trail that winds through natural bushland, past waterways, and recreation reserves.

By public transport:

V-line bus stop, about 3 km from tiny house location. However, we recommend guests to travel by private vehicle to and from the property and attractions.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking on the property
- No BBQ grill and no outdoor fire pit
- Good mobile reception for Telstra and Optus
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Mobile reception is good depending on the service provider
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Make sure to close the windows and doors, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.



Safety Guidelines

- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property
