This space offers 2 private en suites, 2 additional bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, exercise room, two kitchenettes, and outdoor lounge areas. You have access to a catch and release pond for fishing or enjoy the pond via our paddle boat. This space is great for retreats and events. For groups events contact owner for a special events. Barn is available for use for an additional fee.commercial photography allowed but only with written consent from owner.

Please treat the space as your own special place.

Please wash all dishes and grills after use.

For safety please do not leave garbage outside to reduce stray animals.

Do not leave any food on counters overnight to reduce pests. All trash should be placed in the outdoor provided dumpster.

Do not smoke or vape in the house. A cleaning fee of $1000 will be assessed.

All visitors must sign a waiver. There is absolutely no visitors on the property outside of those staying overnight unless written consent is obtained. Additional fees are required.

There are no lifeguards on duty. All visitors should exercise swim safety and swim at your own risk.

There is absolutely no swimming in the pond. Catch and release fishing is allowed.

Pets are allowed with a maximum weight of 20lbs and a maximum of 1 pet. $25/day pet fee is assessed. Pets should always be supervised and should be kenneled when not. Please notify prior to visiting.

There are no visitors allowed without permission. Additional fees are required for visitors enjoying the amenities ($25/person a day).
