We stayed here and got exactly what we had booked. We didn't utilise the restaurant, however the room was clean, tidy and well kept. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff very polite. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel itself was very central to the shops, gardens, restaurants and cafes.

Unfortunately, the self-closing doors were quite noisy if people left them to close by themselves which could be heard late in the evening and early morning. The restaurant was a little disappointing.

Ordered room service - food was poor: felt like frozen vegetables, plastic potato mash and tired chips cooked in stale oil. Room was fine with plenty of space and modern bathroom. Wifi desperately waiting for upgrade.

Was a brilliant location. Close to shops and Laurel Bank Park. Had a king bed which was extremely comfortable. Map to find our room on the 2nd storey was a bit confusing. Overall, brilliant.

There was no body lotion in the container. Unfortunately no restaurant service on Sunday or Monday morning. Ridiculously small wash basin!!

The rooms at Potters were very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and worked well. Our room was very dark with no aspect outwards at all, but different rooms would vary in light. Our breakfast orders were undercooked and not correct but pleasant enough and it is convenient to offer breakfast to guests. We would stay here again.

We love staying at Potters. The beds are fantastic, the rooms are clean, the staff are so friendly and we have stayed here multiple times - always happy! Oh and the food is fresh, well cooked and delicious! See you next time
