Despite a winter storm warning where travel was not advised, the hotel’s manager would not allow cancellation of the room. I’ve stayed there many times in the past, but will never do so again.

This hotel is in a quiet area with restaurants and entertainment close by. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

What I did not like is the not knowing about the deposit and when I will get it back other than that it was great it need to be printed when requested for room on time reservation.
