Updated home in a quiet neighborhood centrally-located. Great for a long weekend get away or perhaps a luxurious stay when traveling for work. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog and the house laid out perfectly for our family. It is close to Washburn University which has a sidewalk all he way around it and is a good place to walk.

We had a great time! Location is perfect , great neighborhood just like our first time staying there two years ago. Made us feel like home! This home was quaint, very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with family. It was tastefully decorated and quiet. Our family loved the front porch and back deck. We drank coffee together and enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Our host was very responsive. I’d stay there again.

Blizzard Bash Derby

This property was perfect, close to our venue and all the amenities you could ask for. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a vrbo, very clean and plenty of room for all 6 of us. Wonderful Overnight stay!

The house was amazing! I loved I could get my whole family under one roof! Every detail was noticed! The beds were the most comfy! The chocolate chip cookies were delicious! If we come back to Topeka we are staying here! Definitely recommend!

Volleyball tournament

This property was great! Roomy and clean and had all the extras in case you forgot something. We needed to be in Lawrence, KS for a volleyball tournament but all the hotels were booked. This was a much better option for us. It was a short drive to Lawrence and this was much better than a hotel.

Short stay

The host Deb was very responsive and helpful with check-in. The house was clean when we arrived. There were also fresh baked cookies for us. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in for changing prior to our event, the host was very accommodating. ***One thing for the host to check out is a possible clogged plumbing vent as there is noise in the kitchen sink after flushing the downstairs toilet.

Best house ever

You have a fabulous home. Would love to stay here again in the future. I slept better last night with your great bed. All the little things you had stocked was unbelievable. Great backyard. And a circular drive. I loved this home and neighborhood. And chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. How special is that.
