All standard rooms have a private balcony and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. The beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in, if you (jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. 1 Mile south of Topsail Beach Town.

Beach off the beaten path

Sea Vista Motel is the perfect place from where to enjoy the beach and all that Topsail/Surf City have to offer. PET FRIENDLY Casual laidback Motel with a great vibe and no frills accommodations. The most impressive feature of the Sea Vista Motel is in its proximity to the beach. All rooms have an ocean view and you are mere feet from the dunes and and miles of clean beaches Fall asleep to the gentle ocean breeze and the sound of the waves every night. I will definitely look forward to when I can return!

Nice and quiet

I booked this one as the special since a wall was not painted. It was taped up nicely and didn't both us at all. I haven't been in Topsail for many years and was nicely surprised not much has changed. Nice location at end of island, private, quiet, and beach was a lovely view. Room was as described. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Bed was easy to sleep on. The entire site was well maintained for the beach and manager was nice along with other vacationers. This was a fishing trip with fiancée, we found many spots for inshore and surf and had great catches all weekend. No one bothered us anywhere we went. TIP: not much for food nearby that was open for us late hours. Will need to drive off island or over bridge. Great bars though. The Daily Grind past Surf City had wonderful coffee. Just over the bridge 2 restaurants, one for breakfast and the other for dinner. Batson's and Sears Landing. One-Stop Bait & Tackle was great for our fishing needs. Fun and helpful staff at all locations.
