Took over a hour for the shuttle to pick us up. One shuttle came and said he was waiting for the pilots. He stayed there for 15 min and then left with no one in the shuttle. Toilet was plugged and heat didn’t work. The fan was extremely noisy. Had to get maintenance to come upstairs at 11pm to fix it.

Perfect choice to stay if flying out of Pearson Airport early in the morning. Nicely appointed rooms, staff very friendly, really nice breakfast offered. Only issue was the room was very hot and the AC didn’t seem to be working. Luckily we were able to open a window. Still highly recommend!
