I recently stayed at the Radisson and my experience was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Basic expectations weren’t met. First, there was no toothpaste provided, which is something even 2-star hotels manage to have on hand. When we tried to call the front desk for assistance, we were put on hold multiple times without anyone telling us or updating us. The communication and customer service were honestly unacceptable. On top of that, the shower head was old, worn out, and had terrible water pressure. It felt neglected and definitely not up to 4-star standards. For a hotel that advertises comfort and quality, the room felt poorly maintained. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. The lack of basic amenities, poor communication from staff, and outdated bathroom fixtures made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from the Radisson, and I would seriously reconsider staying here again unless they improve their service and upkeep.

The room I was given had bugs. I don’t recommend it. They had switched the room but once you see something, that thought stays. I couldn’t get comfortable after that. Staff was understanding and helpful so I give stars for that. But the cleanliness is questionable.

Rooms were very clean, lots of towels and bathrooms were above standard. Staff were amazing, checked in with Harsh, who provided me with everything I needed, and was a big help with questions regarding services and other requests. Grounds around hotel were kept clean and tidy. Lots of parking even when hotel booked up. Over all very satisfied with location. Would recommend staying here.

The staff were courteous. The furniture in the room was old. There was a nasty stain on the couch that I covered with a towel so I could sit on the couch. There was a wedding one night at the banquet hall and we couldn’t find parking. Guests could have been warned that parking might be an issue that evening due to an event. We could hear the people in the room beside us.
