YIKES!

I arrived and was sent to the wrong room, I had to go back down twice to get a fixed key card. In the hallway of our room there was dried throw up and used cotton swabs on the carpet. the carpet was very dirty and seemed like it had not been swept or vacuumed in weeks. There were moldy towels in the washing machine within the unit.

On arrival a deposit was requested that was not in the confirmation email and also not on their website. Room was not cleaned, you literally have to request everything and you have to leave your kids and walk downstairs to reception to get everything you need and you have to get your own dust pan and brush to clean your room . You have to wash your bedding . There is no kitchen utensils in the kitchen, not even plates and cup, there is no toaster as well. Bed not comfortable, no food options, there is WiFi that’s all. The property is very noisy, they make you a second hand smoker as they smoke (weed) on the corridor comes straight to the room. Will not recommend for family

The 200$ deposit required upon check in at property is not clearly mentioned jn the booking. Beds are very dirty and there is no dish soap or detergent for the amenities provided.

The cleanliness was not up to standard. Very dusty and bathtub dirty. I had to move rooms and even the room i moved to was not clean. The staff however were friendly and accomadating. I will not be going back due to cleanliness.

Food places were near by, was given room which was just checked out and not been cleaned! Changed room and that room was also not clean, sticky filthy marks on mirrors , grease on kitchen tops. The room was nothing like advertised. it’s a shame because it’s a good location. Not maintained.

BED BUGS. Bed bugs in the room. Front receptionist extremely not helpful. He was more interested in his phone than providing customer service. After seeing the bugs we immediately left this hotel. Limited parking. Avoid this hotel.

This room was about bare minimums and "okay's". The room was spacious and looked 'okay'. The building is currently undergoing renovations which means the shared areas are 'okay'. During our stay here we only ever saw 2 staff members for the entire hotel, which being gracious to their situation, means that customer service was 'okay'. Phone did not work in the room, and the bed was halfway made. Pillows with no pillowcases over the couch. Asked for fresh pillows or even just the pillowcases and it took an hour to get them. Listen, if you are not picky and you need a room for not so much money then it works. Otherwise... well, don't expect much more than just 'okay'.
