Located on the first floor of the West Wing, this two-bedroom holiday apartment benefits from a private balcony with outdoor seating providing lovely sea views. The apartment is dog friendly.
Decorated in muted tones, this 4-Star holiday apartment features an open-plan layout with two sofas, Smart TV, and DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen comprises of an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and a full range of utensils. The master bedroom features sea views and is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables complete with matching lamps, two chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. Complete with the bunkbeds in the second bedroom make this the perfect apartment for a family holiday. The bathroom suite includes a walk-in shower and separate WC. Outside is a balcony with a table and seating for four - perfect for taking in the superb sea views. Parking is to the rear with a very short walk to the apartment.
The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast.
