Penlee Narrows, Kingsand
Full of character and coastal charm, Penlee Narrows is one of Kingsand's most unique holiday cottages. At just 2.5 metres wide, this fun and quirky property resembles a miniature lighthouse from the outside, while inside it opens into surprisingly spacious double-depth accommodation set across four floors.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of the village, the cottage comfortably sleeps six guests across two double bedrooms and one twin room, making it ideal for families, couples or friends looking to enjoy Cornwall's beautiful south coast.
Entering the property, guests are welcomed into a bright and inviting dining room which flows through to the well-equipped kitchen. Featuring a traditional Belfast sink, integrated oven and hob, dishwasher, under-counter fridge/freezer and a De'Longhi bean-to-cup coffee machine, the kitchen offers everything needed for relaxed coastal stays.
On the lower ground floor, you'll find a comfortable double bedroom alongside a modern shower room with WC, Belfast sink and washing machine.
The first floor hosts the twin bedroom and a spacious family bathroom, while the top floor is home to the stunning king-size bedroom and cosy snug living room. Here, guests can curl up beside the traditional wood burner and enjoy glimpses of the sea from the elevated position.
Just moments from the beach, local shops, cosy pubs and popular restaurants, Penlee Narrows is perfectly placed to experience everything Kingsand and neighbouring Cawsand have to offer. Whether you're exploring the coastal paths, enjoying lazy beach days or settling in for evenings by the fire, this cottage offers a wonderfully memorable seaside escape.
Please note that, like many properties in the historic village, there is no private parking. However, the public pay-and-display car park is located less than a two-minute walk from the cottage.

General condition of the house was in good order. Location is very good but as stated don't try and drive to the house, we paid 10 for 48 hours down at the main car park, which is very reasonable. The house was cold and had trouble working out the dial on wall heaters to increase the temp. Didn't appreciate the text at 07:00 in the morning of leaving to remind us that we had to be out by 10:00 or be charged more for delaying the cleaners. If you are disabled or in your latter years be warned that there are lots of stairs especially from the bathroom and bedroom in the basement to the living room on the fourth floor. Overall a pleasant stay.
