Furnished to an exceptionally high standard our apartment includes FREE WI-FI, a 32” LCD Satellite TV with over 20 English speaking channels (including BBC, ITV, Music and Children's channels), DVD recorder, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning / heating in each of the rooms for your added comfort and convenience.

Our apartment would be ideal for couples, families and golfers alike, as well as for anyone who wants to stay in order to complete or furnish their own apartment, to get a feel for what will be a fantastic golf resort. All in all, our apartment is in a perfect location for a family holiday, winter break or golfing holiday.

Las Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort is a superb developing golf resort, which currently has a bar / restaurant, golf club house and supermarket for your convenience. The golf course has been described by many as one of the best courses in the area, suitable for all levels of golfers and has practice nets, a chipping area and a putting green. Our apartment is ideally situated and within a 5/10 minute stroll of the resort centre and the bar / restaurant and supermarket for your added convenience.

There is also a great choice of places to eat within a 2 minute drive of the resort.... Indian restaurants a plenty, a grill house, a sports bar, a Chinese buffet restaurant and a Spanish restaurant.

There are also further options in the nearby, expanding town of Roldan where you will find more bars and restaurants, butchers, banks, a chemist, petrol station, a new supermarket and a medical centre.

ALL of the facilities of the fully completed sister resort, La Torre Polaris World Golf Resort are available and are only a 2/3 minute drive away. There you can enjoy: - bars and international restaurants, a 5 star luxurious InterContinental Hotel (with Health Spa & Gym), a supermarket, cash machine, day care and medical centre, internet facilities and a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole-golf course which is open all year round and which has recently played home to some celebrity golfing events. There is also a practice driving range and putting green, club house and a pro shop stocking all top brands. Golf lessons are also available.

Other courses in the area include: Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Serena, Lo Romero, Hacienda del Alamo, Peraleja Golf, La Finca and Las Ramblas. The World famous "La Manga Club" Golf Resort is also a 25 minute drive away, with its 3 competition standard 18 hole courses.

For the non-golfers visiting do not worry! There is much more you can do within the surrounding areas including; walking, water sports, sightseeing, shopping, beauty treatments or just relaxing round the pool area or on one of the local beaches.

Other local interests include:- shopping centres in Murcia, only 20 minutes away with all your top brands available, San Pedro and La Zenia that are open 365 days a year, also 20 minutes away by car. Cartagena is approximately 25 minutes away with wonderful historic sites, dining and shopping opportunities. Approximately 30 minutes away by car in Torrevieja is the Aquopolis Waterpark (open between June and August) and the Terra Natura, Murcia's new Zoo and Waterpark; a must visit for families.

There are also 2 well known wine regions within Murcia - Jumilla and Bullas, both within an hours drive. Half an hour more will take you to the Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia. Granada is approximately 3 hours away where the Sierra Nevada mountain range has excellent skiing facilities and we are about 3.5 hours away from Madrid and 5.5 hours away from Barcelona.

Most budget airlines (Ryan Air, easyJet and Jet 2) fly into the recently opened (January 2019) Murcia International Airport (Corvera) which is only a straightforward 10 minute drive away from our apartment by car; 20-25€; by taxi. Alternatively, Alicante airport is about a 50 minute drive away and will give you a greater choice of airlines and flight times. We recommend that you search for the cheapest available flights on skyscanner. Car hire is also widely available from both airports and we recommend that you search on the travelsupermarket or doyouspain web site for the best available deals - directions will be forwarded to you upon confirmation of your booking.
