It features 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one single), 2 full bathrooms with showers, a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, and a terrace with side views of the beach, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing while enjoying the sea. The apartment has air conditioning, and the rental includes a parking space for a small car in the same building, providing comfort and security. In the area, there is a municipal park with swings for children, and all essential services, such as restaurants and a supermarket, are within walking distance. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
