NOT AS EXPECTED

Top terraza not usable. Shower broken, no lounge chairs or cushions, no umbrella, one available chair unsafe to use. Dining chairs broken and not safe to use. Had to wait three weeks for replacements. Entrance door security gate lock sticks and is very difficult to open. Had to leave security gate open to avoid being locked in or out. Apartment is clean and comfortable in a very good location with a great view of the beach. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. You have to remember to empty the bucket on the balcony to avoid wet floors from the air conditioning. Sofas are adequate but not very comfortable. Located over a bar that gets very loud at night, especially on weekends. The bedrooms are good size but lacking in closet space because winter bedding is stored in the available closets. Overall, the apartment is comfortable, with enough space and a great balcony. I would probably stay there again in the future.
