I wasn’t able to sleep all night not feeling safe because my room door could be opened very easily, I had to wedge the chair to make sure I could hear if someone came in my room. The room oom had a strong smell that was unbearable, to find out that they used a urinal cake to cover up the sink drainage smell. I reserved a 4 night stay but I checked out the very next day. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there another night.

First only 1 towel in the bathroom Then 2 days without hot water you can't take the breakfast to your room 🙄🙄 Then a guest open our room at 3am 😳 she had the wrong room you can hear EVERYTHING from the other room 2 sleepless nights and no hot water i got sick showering with cold water 😒😒 NEVER AGAIN WILL STAY HERE

Nos dieron las llaves del cuarto cuando llegamos, salimos a comer y cuando regresamos ya había gente dentro de nuestro cuarto dormidos. Re-alquilaron el cuarto aun cuando ya nosotros teníamos las llaves.
