The second bedroom offers two single beds, 50” TV, and fitted wardrobe. Just outside the door, you'll find another family bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. The apartment has air conditioning and heating throughout to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year.
The kitchen is fitted with all the essential appliances to make your stay hassle-free: oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The cupboards are fully stocked with kitchenware (plates, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.).
The cozy living room has a 65” smart TV with access to international TV channels, as well as a comfortable sofa which can be turned into a further double-bed. There is also a dining table with ample space for all guests.
Outside, find a spacious east-facing garden with a relaxing chill-out area perfect for enjoying al fresco dining in our wonderful climate. There are also sunbeds and a parasol, ideal for sunbathing.
Bed linen, towels, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and secure underground parking are all included in the price.A generous allowance of 20KW/day for electricity is also included in the price (any excess is billed separately).
