Room is clean and functional. Nice staff! Only complain is the shower head is not as strong as the faucet. About Torrey. Torrey is windy in winter, prepare for a windy night during your stay. Restaurants in Torrey closed when we arrived ~7pm (weekend). Subway was open.

Room was clean but very basic. Decent sized mini fridge and acceptable microwave. No furniture except bed, small table, and two simple chairs. No dresser or wardrobe to store clothes. Ancient water wasting shower head is like showering under a garden hose. Hot breakfast was also pretty basic but nice to have.
