Corner terraced house 100m from the beach for 8 people with communal pool and air conditioning. The house is located in La Pletera Urbanization, 2km from the center of Estartit. Residential area in front of the sea, surrounded by Natural Park. The house is distributed on two floors: on the main floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a toilet, a terrace with barbecue leading to the private garden. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with 1 bunk bed consisting of 2 single beds), and two full bathrooms. There is a low deck space with a sofa bed. The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, large fridge. Community garden and pool. Gated residential area, with access only for residents.
